Investment Mgmt Transformation TEP Holdings, LLC Jersey City, NJ Job Details Contract $100 - $200 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Investment Investment management Program management Financial reporting Investment operations Digital transformation Accounting and finance experience Financial services Workshop facilitation Master of Business Administration Project leadership Project stakeholder communication Stakeholder management Full Job Description Investment Transformation Program Lead My client seeks a consultant to serve as the program lead accountable for end-to-end delivery of the company's investment data transformation, spanning Investment Accounting, Investment Operations, and Investment Analytics. This includes the successful implementation of IBOR and ABOR capabilities as a single source of truth for investment decision-making and financial reporting.
You must have:
Significant Capital Markets Investment Management (GIA) Operations (FO, MO, BO) and Investment Accounting experience, other industries or partial coverage will not qualify for a call-back.
Candidate requirements:
This role requires a seasoned professional who combines deep domain credibility in investment operations and accounting with proven transformation leadership. 8-12 years of experience in financial services, with significant depth in investment accounting, middle office operations, or investment operations—and a practical understanding of the processes targeted for transformation Demonstrated track record leading large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs in complex, matrixed organizations Strong understanding of investment lifecycle processes, including front-to-back workflows, IBOR/ABOR constructs, reconciliation, and reporting Proven ability to lead through influence in environments with limited formal authority—earning trust with senior, domain-expert stakeholders Experience standing up/refining program governance and integrated reporting frameworks Exceptional communication skills: able to translate between business, technology, and executive audiences Comfort operating in ambiguity—this role requires someone who can define the roadmap, not just execute against one Proven accountability for delivery outcomes—not just coordination, but ownership of results and follow-through to implementation Natural problem solver with a proven ability to workshop issues, facilitate solution design, and hold teams accountable for follow-through—not just document findings Ability to articulate a compelling vision, map out a multi-year program, and lay out a practical set of actions to gain traction and sustain momentum Experience operating in environments subject to financial reporting controls and audit requirements (e.g., ICFR/SOX-like environments) Preferred subject matter exposure/expertise: Experience with Palantir Foundry, particularly in financial services or investment-related use cases Experience with Clearwater Analytics or similar investment accounting platforms Background in reinsurance, insurance, or investment management Familiarity with SAFe or agile delivery frameworks in a non-software context Experience coordinating legacy remediation or data quality initiatives alongside forward-looking transformation Early Success Indicators Completed inventory and assessment of all investment-related initiatives with a clear view of scope, ownership, and interdependencies Delivered an integrated program plan and roadmap endorsed by the CFO and CIO Established biweekly reporting rhythm with actionable status and risk visibility Built productive working relationships with key stakeholders across Investment Accounting, Operations, and Analytics Identified quick wins and gaps that demonstrate the value of a coordinated approach
