6-Month Contract (potential for extension) Position Overview Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support key cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in facilitating communication, coordinating documentation, tracking project activities, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and highly skilled in organizing complex information. They will partner closely with stakeholders across departments to gather documentation, track deliverables, create dashboards, and ensure projects remain organized and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Coordinate activities and communications across multiple cross-functional teams. Gather, compile, organize, and maintain project documentation and supporting materials. Create, update, and manage dashboards, trackers, reports, and presentations using Excel and other business tools. Analyze and interpret data from various sources to support project tracking and decision-making. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Facilitate meetings, document key decisions, and maintain organized records of project activities. Partner with stakeholders to collect required information and documentation necessary for project execution. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and document management practices. Maintain accurate and organized records while ensuring accessibility of critical information across teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (any discipline). 3-4 years of experience in a similar role Must come from Biotech/Pharma background Experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, executive support, business operations, or a related field. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis. Strong experience utilizing business software, collaboration platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools. Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
