Job Description:
LM Genuine Solutions (LMGS) is looking for a Project Associate to join their team. The Project Associate will work closely with the CEO to carry out essential components of a client engagement throughout project execution. This remote position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Note:
This is a contractor role with a potential to transition to full-time employment. Essential Responsibilities
  • Participate in client meetings, record detailed meeting minutes, summarize notes/action steps for internal and external use.
  • Liaise professionally with project stakeholders and their support staff regarding project details and deliverables.
  • Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of meeting agendas, meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, memorandums, and other correspondence materials for client meetings.
  • Aid in the planning and implementation of projects; analyze data as required.
  • Track and report project progress to CEO.
  • Handle information of a confidential nature on a regular basis and ensure that it is distributed and filed properly.
  • Assist the CEO and other team members with projects as needed.
  • Support outreach, engagement and fund development efforts through phone calls and emails. Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in project management
  • Alignment with mission, vision, and principles of LMGS
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize based on current company needs
  • Self-motivated, organized team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while integrating a high degree of attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Possess a friendly professional demeanor and positive phone presence Additional Information This position is remote with an opportunity to attend 1-2 in-person monthly events in South Florida and access to our office.
Compensation for this role will be based on candidate's experience and qualifications - an approximate range of $3,000-$5,000 a month. Hours may range between 20-30 hours per week.
