You'll meet clients, realtors, grow your network, and own projects from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. We're not hiring a resume. We're hiring a person. Someone driven, disciplined, and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine hunger to grow. You will treat every client like a long-term relationship, not a transaction and you show up that way on every job. Construction experience is a plus, not a requirement. WHAT YOU'LL DO

⁠ ⁠Meet with homeowners or realtors and guide them through their remodeling projects from first call to final walkthrough ⁠ ⁠Manage projects beginning to end by scheduling, communication, coordination, and quality oversight ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, contractors, and suppliers ⁠ ⁠Visit job sites regularly to check progress and ensure work meets our standards ⁠ ⁠Review scope of work, project plans, and documentation to keep everything clear and organized ⁠ ⁠Use project management tools to track timelines, updates, and client communication ⁠ ⁠Grow your own network and pipeline - this role rewards hustle

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

⁠ ⁠You don't need to have swung a hammer for 20 years, but you will need the drive to learn how a job site works and sequence of events on projects ⁠ ⁠Strong people skills - you're comfortable in front of clients or realtors and can earn trust quickly ⁠ ⁠Organized and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball ⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and driven in a performance-based environment ⁠ ⁠A problem-solver who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do ⁠ ⁠Interest in home remodeling and/or design is a plus ⁠ ⁠Motivated to learn our systems, tools, and process •Experience in construction or remodeling is helpful, but not required for the right candidate with the drive to succeed.
