This role is a fully remote position, however the Client requires the employee to live in the greater Athens, GA area. The Project Consultant's role collects all data and documents necessary for the processing of various corporate tax credits and incentives. An ideal candidate will be organized, goal-driven, resilient, and detail-oriented, working directly with corporate clients and accountants. Founded in 2014, our Client is a national consulting firm that partners with corporations to help them identify and execute financial efficiency strategies within their business. Our Client serves customers nationwide and is recognized for its specialized expertise, professional service, and collaborative approach to business. Their team is made up of Accountants, CPA's Data Analysts, Project Managers and Mechanical, Structural and Construction Engineers. Key Responsibilities of the

Project Consultant:

Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope Lead the initiation and planning of a project Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project Collaborate with client resources to collect all necessary documentation and data Review and enter data using internal systems Investigate discrepancies as they arise Identify and resolve issues that arise Ensure satisfaction with stakeholders Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process Complete additional projects as assigned Requirements for the Project Consultant position: Bachelor's Degree 5 years+ experience Prior experience in project management, document collection, data entry, and data analysis Interest in the small business and tax industry Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Exceptional attention to detail Desire and ability to be a team player Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel Self-starter, motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven with the ability to stay organized while working with multiple clients at one time. Excellent organizational skills coupled with both written and verbal communication skills Confident and persistent individual who likes challenges
