245790 We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Analyst with strong Primavera P6 expertise to support major engineering and construction projects with one of our top clients in Tampa, Florida.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 7-8 years of progressive experience in engineering and construction project controls Strong experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and reporting Strong accounting background in enterprise-level environments Expertise in: Cost management, Scheduling and project planning, Estimating and budgeting, Cash flow forecasting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.

Responsibilities:

Hybrid•minimum 3 days onsite per week Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 across all phases of project execution Analyze project control requirements during bid reviews to ensure cost control elements are incorporated into contracts and purchase orders Support budgeting, estimating, cost tracking, and cash flow forecasting Perform schedule analysis, critical path review, and progress reporting using Primavera P6 Identify opportunities to improve project controls systems, tools, and methodologies Forecast engineering and construction resource needs, including long-lead items and project start timelines Collaborate with engineering, architectural, construction firms, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Pay:

$50.00 per hour
