  • Maintain project risk and opportunity logs to evaluate potential financial exposure\n \n\n
  • Ensure positive project cash flow through diligent monthly billings\n \n\n
  • Forecast project costs and performance accurately and in a timely manner\n \n\n
  • Monitor and communicate the financial health of projects to management\n \n\n
  • Assist with assessing and calculating change orders\n \n\n
  • Produce schedule of values and assist with job set ups\n \n\n
  • Maintain data quality to support future project estimates\n \n\n
  • Assist in improving field productivity tracking processes\n \n\n
  • Travel to project sites as needed\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\n \n\n
  • Hands-on experience visiting, collaborating, and working in a construction field setting.\n \n\n
  • Experience or education in project controls, project management, scheduling, or financial analysis within large scale construction or energy sectors\n \n\n
  • Proficiency in Excel or Smartsheet's\n \n\n
  • Experience forecasting job costs\n \n\n
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly\n \n\n
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites\n \n\n
  • Authorized to work in the United States\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\n \n\n
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Vista by Viewpoint, or Oracle\n \n\n
  • Experience with utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects\n \n\n
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar project performance methodologies\n \n\n
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)\n \n\n
  • Located in the Southwest United States\n \n\n
  • Experience leading meetings\n\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $110,000
