Job Summary This Project Coordinator role is a salaried, full-time position and will be located in our office in Urbandale, IA. This position will work within a team of Project Coordinators and will have some work-from-home flexibility. While experience is preferred, training will also be provided. Your responsibilities will span from initial project planning to final implementation, involving close collaboration with both clients and internal teams. You'll lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the process. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be paramount as you create project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and own assigned projects from initiation through completion Schedule and assign engineers based on project needs, timelines and team capacity Schedule and lead internal and external project meetings and maintain clear and professional Track and manage project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful and on0time completion. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress, ricks, and next steps. Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, driving resolution to keep projects on track. Prioritize and manage competing tasks and project requests Track hardware and software orders Review project scopes and contract to ensure alignment on project delivery Foster strong collaboration across clients, vendors, and internal teams to support project success. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure project data is up to date Support billing and project closeout activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are properly completed Contribute to process improvement that enhances project delivery, consistency, and team efficiency Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring a consistent client experience Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Prior experience in customer-facing roles or client service roles Demonstrated experience in project coordination or similar responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with high attention to details and accuracy Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in business tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, problem solve and in a team environment Not Required butBeneficial:
