Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a construction-focused opportunity in Irvine, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented commercial construction professional with 3 to 5 years of experience supporting project teams, managing documentation, coordinating billings, and handling contract-related communication. The Project Coordinator will support multiple project managers, project engineers, and superintendents across commercial and industrial construction projects. This position offers a strong team environment, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to be a key administrative and operational partner throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers, project engineers, and superintendents with project documentation from setup through closeout.
  • Prepare, issue, upload, and track purchase orders, subcontracts, subcontractor change orders, owner change orders, and related project records.
  • Compile and submit owner billings, pay applications, backup documentation, subcontractor invoices, and conditional waivers.
  • Coordinate client, subcontractor, and vendor communication related to billings, documentation, permits, closeout items, and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project information in Procore and client software platforms, including budgets, schedules of values, meeting minutes, logs, and reports.
  • Assist with administrative project controls, including submittals, RFIs, change order documentation, weekly reports, and project closeout packages.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$55,000 to $63,000 per year.
Hourly range provided:
$26 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday in office, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with remote work on Friday.
