Job Description
Project Coordinator- Packaging Analyst Key Responsibilities Support packaging weight verification processes across indirect products Identify and track items requiring verification Purchase/select items from local retail locations as needed for analysis Prepare packaging materials (e.g., emptying, cleaning, sorting) Transport packaging to Headquarters or coordinate shipment for external validation Maintain detailed tracking logs of: Items verified internally Items sent to laboratory partners Backlog and pending items Assist with supplier outreach and follow-up communications (as needed) Qualifications & Requirements Ability to manage high volumes of data and tasks efficiently Self-starter with strong follow-through Comfortable working in a mix of hands-on (physical) and administrative tasks Interest in sustainability, ESG, or packaging compliance Basic understanding of packaging, sustainability, compliance, or regulatory requirements preferred Proximity to Salisbury, NC strongly preferred, with ability to: Visit local stores to procure items Store packaging materials temporarily if needed Travel to Salisbury office for weighing activities Willingness to complete Trace One system training Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort communicating with vendors via email (training provided)
