The primary job function for a PC is to provide general project support for multiple project managers. The position entails communicating with multiple entities; customers, principals and coworkers to deliver a superior level of customer service. The PC must be able to respond to both technical and non-technical inquiries from customers, principals and internal teams. The primary interface is telephone and email, with occasional in-person visits and meetings. Specific Responsibilities Perform routine administrative activities related to project execution. Perform project set-up, updates and close outs in the R.E. Mason business system. Order, track, receive, reconcile and stage materials. Organize, plan and ship materials to customer sites. Entry and reporting of project time and expenses. Process project purchase orders and invoices. Generate periodic reports to monitor and reconcile project expenditures and revenue versus budget. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, current and stored appropriately. Possess the ability to interact with peers, relative to project execution activities. Some travel may be required to customer sites and/or R.E. Mason offices.
