Project Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage and oversee lighting projects from our office. This role involves maintaining strong client relations, troubleshooting installation issues, and effectively scheduling and dispatching technicians. Responsibilities Manage and oversee product delivery to clients. Ensure site safety and compliance with procedures; conduct training as necessary. Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules. Review Purchase Orders and Sales logs daily to update crew schedules. Oversee material orders and delivery schedules. Communicate with General Contractors to provide updates on delivery and work times. Conduct daily debriefs of work performed and compile reports. Validate and award subcontractors for project work. Perform quality control on project completion. Assist in vehicle maintenance programs and GPS tracking. Monitor inventory in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager. Essential Skills Strong project management skills. Experience in construction and construction management. Proficiency in customer service. Effective scheduling and dispatching capabilities. Skilled in troubleshooting and managing change orders. Ability to maintain client relations and handle RFIs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Some schooling in construction management or a related field is preferred. Ability to read and interpret site drawings and blueprints. At least 2 years of construction experience. Work Environment This position is based in a professional office environment, with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality. The role involves being in the office 80% of the time to manage crews and projects. Enjoy company outings and discretionary remote work days. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Linthicum Heights, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
