• Customer Support Specialist
• to join its team in Wappingers Falls, NY. This role supports internal teams and external customers by assisting with
• quote
• creation, order entry, reporting, and daytoday customer support
• . This is an on-site position with strong visibility and long-term potential within a mission-driven organization focused on improving patient outcomes.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist with
• creating customer quotes
• accurately and efficiently
• Run
• quarterly consumption reports
• related to usage of a specific product line
• Provide
• customer support
• via phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Perform
• basic order entry
• and ensure order accuracy
• Partner with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and support operational needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in internal systems
• Support process improvements and administrative tasks as needed
• Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in
• customer support, customer service, or order administration
• Strong
• attention to detail
• and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with
• reports, data, and basic Excel functions
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
• Experience with
• order entry, quoting, or CRM systems
• is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working
• on-site Monday-Friday

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
