Job Description

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our dynamic projects department, serving as a primary point of contact for our esteemed clientele, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This role is instrumental in fostering and nurturing relationships while ensuring seamless project execution. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses impeccable communication and organizational skills, and excels at multitasking across various projects and tasks simultaneously. This is a hybrid position, and candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our office locations in Atlanta, or Savannah, GA; Jacksonville FL, or Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA. How you'll make an impact: Provide support and project coordination to Project Managers, Business Development, Clients, and Outside Sales Collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver projects effectively within established timelines, scope, and budgetary constraints Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to track progress and ensure milestones are met Identify and escalate project obstacles to Project Managers for timely resolution Procure and coordinate delivery of project materials and resources as required Prepare and finalize complex proposals and documents with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Create and modify technical drawings and designs based on engineering specifications using CAD software Ensure drawings adhere to company standards and project specifications Collaborate with vendors and project managers to gather necessary information for drawing updates and revisions Maintain CAD files and ensure proper version control Schedule and organize meetings, including site selection, travel arrangements, preparing materials, developing agendas, and recording meeting minutes Initiate and maintain communication with internal and external clients and vendors to ensure project requirements are met Track proposal processes, compile data, issue reports, and maintain client information in the Cloud database Participate in team meetings and activities to contribute to departmental objectives Assist in day-to-day departmental operations in collaboration with division managers Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures, recommending changes as necessary Skills you'll need: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate project requirements and status with Customers, Vendors, Project Managers, Outside Sales, and Upper Management Minimum 2-year degree or 5 years of work experience in Project Management/Document Control Field 2 years of experience in CAD drafting, with proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs Customer and deadline-focused mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally Ownership mentality with a drive to exceed expectations Ability to work with minimal supervision and make responsible decisions with high accountability Proficiency in producing documents, reports, and data binders using various programs and tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Here's what will set you apart: Bachelor's degree in
