Responsibilities The Project Coordinator role is responsible for managing and driving the success of projects. Manage a project portfolio of 20-25 project; maintaining 65% chargeability. Responsible for driving project and portfolio success: Maintaining high customer satisfaction while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Direct and coordinate all activities of project personnel and shared corporate resources to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. Communicate the project's scope, goals, objectives, deliverables and critical success factors to the project team. Be the liaison with project stakeholders. Follow the NWN Project Coordination delivery methodology, including but not limited to:

• Facilitate project kickoff meetings.
• Schedule project resources.
• Create and maintain an accurate project plan.
• Monitor, measure and report on project progress to management and clients.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope Facilitate project closure activities.

Understand and articulate all NWN service offerings and capabilities. Represent NWN with contractors, suppliers, customers, departments and other parties as required. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of progressive Information Technology experience. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills. Highly organized and results oriented. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Familiarity with business management software such as NetSuite or ServiceNow. (Preferred) PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

Travel:

Local/regional travel based on projects and customers contained within the PC portfolio. Weekend cutovers/migrations are typical.
