Our Vision for this Role This roll facilitates the design and development of construction documents and entitlements/permitting process for inline/end cap, freestanding and remodel sites for multiple brands. What We Will Accomplish Together Coordinating outside consultants, architects and civil engineers to maintain project schedules. Coordinate signage process to include Ops review and date tracking Maintain accurate and detailed project tracking through SmartSheets. Facilitate GC bid process for PM/CMs Maintain & develop partnerships with real estate, construction and procurement teams. Review plans with operations and construction to maintain brand & Flynn RG build standards. Other duties may be assigned What You Have Project / program management experience preferred. Development-related experience in construction, engineering and/or architecture is preferred Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Sound internal motivation, organization, decisive, detail oriented, planning/scheduling, and problem solving. Demonstrated track record of sound project management skills with past success in driving results. Clear and effective communication and the ability to partner well with cross functional departments. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Finally, you should bring an excellent sense of humor to the table
