05/22/2026 @ 4:00 PM Position Overview The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) in implementing and maintaining compliance with settlement agreement obligations related to program and operational requirements. This role will focus on project coordination, compliance tracking, stakeholder communication, documentation management, risk tracking, and operational support to ensure successful execution of settlement implementation activities. Key Responsibilities Monitor and track compliance obligations associated with settlement agreements Maintain centralized implementation plans, milestones, and deliverables Develop and maintain: Compliance tracking dashboards Master compliance tracking systems Risk and issue logs Coordinate internal stakeholders and operational teams involved in settlement implementation activities Organize and facilitate: Meetings Workgroups Coordination sessions Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, action items, and follow-up documentation Track project action items, deliverables, and implementation progress Identify potential risks, barriers, or delays impacting project success Escalate implementation issues and compliance concerns to leadership when necessary Support operational reviews to ensure alignment with settlement requirements Assist with maintaining documentation and evidence supporting compliance activities Prepare regular status reports and implementation updates Required Skills & Experience 4-6 years of relevant Project Management or Project Coordination experience Strong experience with: Project coordination Documentation management Meeting facilitation Risk tracking Compliance monitoring Ability to: Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and operational teams Escalate implementation challenges appropriately Manage multiple priorities and deadlines High degree of business and technical knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience preparing: Status reports Meeting summaries Action item tracking Compliance documentation Desired Qualifications PMP Certification Experience in: Mental Health or Substance Abuse Services Settlement compliance initiatives Government or public-sector environments Key Deliverables Settlement Implementation Project Plans Compliance Tracking Dashboards Master Compliance Trackers Risk & Issue Logs Meeting Agendas and Summaries Status Reports and Action Tracking Documentation Primary Skills Project Coordination, Compliance Tracking, Documentation Management, Risk Management, Meeting Facilitation, PMP, Mental Health Domain, Stakeholder Coordination, Status Reporting, Settlement Compliance Flexible work from home options available.
