Purpose:
This role serves as a key support partner to Project Managers, ensuring projects run smoothly through exceptional organization, communication, documentation and follow-through. Project types include commercial remodels, build-outs and special projects for clients nationwide. You'll partner closely with our project management team and represent FCP Services with professionalism and care in every interaction with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. This position can serve as a developmental path for those seeking to grow into assistant project manager and project management roles.
Major Opportunities & Key Accountabilities:
  • Proactively support Project Managers with documentation, scheduling support, and task coordination
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and well-organized project records
  • Act as a first line of communication for subcontractors and vendors when appropriate
  • Analyze project drawings, contracts and specifications
  • Prepare accurate takeoffs
  • Relationship management, sourcing and onboarding of vendors and trade partners.
  • Attend project meetings and perform site walks as assigned.
  • Manage data and project administrative duties within project management and estimating software.
  • Vendor bid leveling, qualification and subcontract administration.
Nature & Scope:
  • No direct responsibility for supervising other FCP employees.
  • May travel up to 20% domestically.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Clear knowledge of computers and experience working with spread sheets.
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn sourcing and project management software such as CMIC, ProEst, Building Connected, Procore, PlanSwift, Foundation, Bluebeam, or similar software programs.
  • Strong communicator who approaches daily issues as opportunities to solve and improve.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to following through.
Pay:
$65,000.00
