While this is a remote position (there is no office location for our company), the ideal person for this role is located in St. Louis, MO, as joining the Founder on site visits with our clients is beneficial. Relocation expenses are not covered. As a growing wellness consulting business, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator to support client programs, day-to-day operations, and project implementation. Position Overview The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring client initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with company leadership, this individual will help manage project logistics, coordinate resources, support client deliverables, conduct research, and keep projects moving forward. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Client Support Support the implementation and day-to-day operations of wellness programs and client initiatives Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met Coordinate resources, vendors, speakers, and other partners as needed Prepare materials and assist with client presentations, workshops, and meetings Participate in client meetings, advisor calls, and internal planning sessions Follow up on action items and ensure projects continue moving forward Research & Content Development Conduct research on industry trends, wellness topics, and client-specific initiatives Assist with content development for presentations, educational materials, and client communications Gather and organize information to support strategic recommendations and program planning Operations & Administrative Support Help maintain organized systems, project documentation, and client records Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows Provide general administrative and operational support as needed Assist leadership with special projects and emerging business needs Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Collaborative team player who enjoys working with a variety of people Interest in health, wellness, public health, coaching, or related fields preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Highly organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator who builds positive relationships Proactive and resourceful Comfortable taking initiative and working independently Able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise Adaptable in a growing entrepreneurial environment Passionate about supporting meaningful work that improves wellbeing Work Environment Fully remote position St. Louis area preferred Flexible schedule with approximately 20 hours per week Small, collaborative, mission-driven team Why Join The Well Being?
