POSITION SUMMARY
This is a temporary role as a contractor which is expected to last through the end of December 2026. The Project Coordinator (PC) is a critical support role within TriVoca Health, partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure the seamless execution of qualitative market research studies. This role is responsible for managing key administrative tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting quality control efforts across the project lifecycle. Project Coordinators play an important role in delivering consistent, high-quality experience for both clients and internal teams. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, curiosity, and a team-first mindset. This is a remote position with the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the U.S. and globally.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide reliable, day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple active qualitative research projects Partner with Project Managers to support project setup, execution, and closeout activities Build strong working relationships with internal teams, particularly Project Management and Recruiting Pull, format, and maintain excel grids to provide accurate, real-time visibility into recruitment progress Support distribution and collection of project materials (e.g., homework assignments, consent forms) Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, gaps, or inconsistencies Communicate issues clearly and partner with Project Managers to drive timely resolution Participate in project kickoff calls and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders on timelines, specifications, and responsibilities Maintain accuracy across systems, grids, and documentation to support overall project quality Contribute to quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet internal and client expectations Engage in continuous learning, including participation in platform and product trainings Identify opportunities for process improvement and raise ideas to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness Support additional responsibilities, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a market research, project coordination, or operations-focused role preferred Experience working with digital systems or platforms is a plus
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills required
