• Project Management / Scrum Master professional
• to support a cutting-edge Digital Technology initiative. In this role, you will lead Agile teams delivering innovative solutions that connect people, systems, and technologies—powering smarter, more efficient, and more connected aircraft systems. • What You'll Do
• As a Project Manager and Agile leader, you will guide high-impact digital programs from concept to delivery: + Facilitate
• Agile ceremonies
• including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to drive alignment and continuous improvement + Manage and optimize
• JIRA tools and advanced plugins
• (Structure Board, Advanced Roadmapping, Big Picture) + Define
• project scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
• aligned to business and customer goals + Communicate
• project vision, status, and risks
• to stakeholders and leadership + Build and lead
• high-performing, cross-functional teams
• across IT, engineering, and operations + Drive
• accountability, collaboration, and conflict resolution

• What You Bring
• Required Qualifications
• + Bachelor's degree and
• 5+ years of project management experience
• (or 10+ years without a degree) + Hands-on experience with
• Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA or similar platforms)
• + Experience managing
• infrastructure, security, and software development projects
• + Strong experience building and managing
• project schedules (MS Project)
• + Ability to travel up to
• 25%•+ •This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
