Project Management Analyst Job Description This role provides program leadership for technical recognition and professional development initiatives, ensuring all technical engagements align with broader technology strategy and product development skill teams. The Project Management Analyst maintains and analyzes program data to generate data-driven insights, supports continuous process improvement, and uses custom dashboards and data visualization tools to give leadership real-time visibility into program health. The role focuses on stakeholder management, operational excellence, and the delivery of efficient, high-impact technical programs and engagements. Responsibilities Provide end-to-end program leadership for technical recognition and professional development projects, ensuring all technical engagements align with broader technology strategy and product development teams. Define project timelines, track milestones, manage budgets, and proactively mitigate risks across complex, high-profile programs. Maintain and analyze program data to report key metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvements across all technical engagements. Develop and manage custom dashboards and data visualization tools to provide leadership with real-time visibility into program health and performance. Establish, manage, and optimize operational workflows, databases, and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and data accuracy. Manage intake databases for submissions, verify eligibility criteria, and utilize automated workflows to route entries to appropriate technical reviewers. Facilitate stakeholder management by building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, committee members, and global technical specialists. Lead alignment meetings with global technical committee members and senior leaders to build consensus on program changes and drive cross-functional collaboration. Synthesize data and program insights into clear, concise updates and recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders. Proactively identify, propose, and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance the delivery and impact of technical programs. Design, build, and troubleshoot digital tools, workflows, and automated systems that support program operations and technical engagements. Create and maintain automated workflows, such as Power Automate flows, to streamline communication, confirmations, and scheduling for technical events and programs. Develop and maintain dashboards in tools such as Power BI or QlikSense to monitor attendance, engagement, and other key performance indicators for technical programs and events. Support the development and enhancement of internal web technologies or platforms to improve usability and process efficiency for technical stakeholders. Assist with logistics and coordination of large-scale corporate technical engagements, awards programs, or summits, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met. Prepare and support the creation of high-impact executive-level presentations, leveraging graphic design skills where applicable to communicate program outcomes and strategy. Essential Skills Four or more years of professional experience in project management, business operations, or program management. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, end-to-end project lifecycles, including defining timelines, tracking milestones, managing budgets, and mitigating risks. Strong experience in operations management, including establishing, monitoring, and optimizing day-to-day operational workflows and processes. Proven organizational leadership skills with the ability to align diverse global teams, committee members, and senior leadership around strategic goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of success working effectively with all levels of management. Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of independence and a proactive approach to handling multiple high-profile assignments concurrently. Advanced technical proficiency in SharePoint development for managing content, workflows, and collaboration across technical programs. Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Forms for data collection and participant or stakeholder intake. Advanced technical proficiency with Power Automate for workflow automation and process efficiency. Advanced technical proficiency with Power Apps for building custom digital tools that support program operations. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikSense to build dashboards and provide real-time insights into program health. Strong analytical mindset with focused attention to deadlines, budgetary guidelines, and data accuracy. Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting digital tools, workflows, and automated systems to support program operations and technical engagements. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience developing web technologies or internal platforms to maximize usability and process efficiency. Experience in logistics and coordination of large-scale corporate technical engagements, awards programs, or summits. Proficiency in graphic design for creating high-impact executive-level presentations and visual communication materials. Experience in technical support for digital tools and automated systems used in program operations. Familiarity with managing global or cross-functional technical committees and stakeholder groups. Comfort working with evolving requirements and proactively proposing process improvements. Work Environment The role operates in a professional, technology-driven environment that relies heavily on digital tools and collaboration platforms. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37.93 - $41.73/hr.
