Job Description

Hotel Construction Services LLC is a rapidly growing construction company specializing in hospitality renovation projects across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Management Assistant / Field Coordinator to support our project managers and field operations team with project coordination, reporting, deliveries, and communication between the office and field. This role is ideal for someone interested in growing within the construction industry while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality renovations and project operations. Key Responsibilities Assist project managers with daily project coordination and administrative support. Coordinate and track material deliveries, pickups, and receiving for active project sites. Maintain and update project reports, delivery logs, punch lists, and field documentation. Support communication between office staff, warehouse personnel, and field teams. Assist with field reporting, progress updates, and project documentation. Support job-site logistics and coordination to help maintain efficient project operations. Assist with site visits, field verification, and project follow-up items as needed. Help ensure project information and updates are communicated accurately between departments. Required Skills & Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced construction environment. Attention to detail and strong follow-through. Professional and team-oriented attitude. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office. Ability to support both office and field operations. Previous experience in construction, renovation, logistics, or project coordination. Familiarity with project reporting, deliveries, and job-site operations. Bilingual (English / Spanish)
