No Position Purpose The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of assigned capital projects. Typical projects include minor renovations, faculty/staff relocations, or capital renewal of building infrastructure. Projects will range in value from $25K to $3M with the occasional larger project. The position requires the facilitation and management of projects through all aspects including planning, design, cost estimating, procurement, budget control, permitting, construction, scheduling, reporting, turnover, closeout, and problem solving. This position also requires close collaboration and interaction with multiple contacts in the divisions and departments across the College as well as outside vendors, contractors and municipal agencies. The Project Manager will lead multiple projects at any given time and must be nimble, responsive and flexible while maintaining a strong customer-service attitude.
