We self-perform sitework, utilities, light demolition, and concrete. Candidates must be able to pass government background checks. We seek a Project Manager with civil and utility expertise; concrete experience is a plus. You will oversee cost control, scheduling, and coordination with the superintendent, while acting as the face of the company, building trusted relationships with clients and vendors. Duties Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects using tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to verify project scope and specifications Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry tools for project tracking, estimating, and reporting Monitor project schedules closely through project management techniques such as critical path method (CPM) scheduling and resource allocation Requirements Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation Proficiency with Primavera P6, Primavera (Oracle Primavera), Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Bluebeam Revu, and other construction management software platforms Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety standards and site operations Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for effective project execution Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers Join us in shaping the future of construction by managing impactful projects that stand as a testament to quality and innovation.
