Job Description

Project Manager Location:
Orange County (Hybrid) About the Opportunity We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join a growing restoration and reconstruction team. This is a hybrid role that combines field-based client engagement with end-to-end project coordination and delivery. You will be responsible for managing restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish, including site visits, subcontractor coordination, budget oversight, and ensuring all work is completed in alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment and enjoys owning projects from inception through completion . Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site visits to meet clients, assess project progress, and ensure scope alignment Manage full lifecycle of restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation to completion Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality execution of work Develop, manage, and track project budgets, timelines, and cost controls Ensure all work is completed according to defined scope of work and contractual requirements Liaise with city inspectors and manage inspection requirements and approvals Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and scope changes in real time Maintain documentation, reporting, and job tracking throughout each project Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration and reconstruction industry (strongly preferred) Based in or near Orange County, CA Existing network of subcontractors (preferred) Experience working with city inspectors, permitting, and municipal requirements Strong understanding of residential or commercial construction processes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Ability to manage multiple active job sites simultaneously Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate Profile Prior experience in the restoration and reconstruction industry (strongly preferred) Based in or near Orange County, CA Existing network of subcontractors (preferred) Experience working with city inspectors, permitting, and municipal requirements Strong understanding of residential or commercial construction processes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Ability to manage multiple active job sites simultaneously Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Why Consider This Opportunity This is a high-impact role where you'll have ownership over your projects, direct visibility with leadership, and the opportunity to grow your income based on performance.
