Contract We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring successful deployment with minimal disruption to operations. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end MES implementation, including planning, execution, governance, and go-live. Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate MES integration with ERP, equipment, and other manufacturing systems. Drive site readiness, training, change management, and post-implementation support. Provide executive-level project reporting and ensure compliance with PMO and quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required ( B.S./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred ). 5+ years of program/project management experience. Proven experience leading an MES implementation at a regulated manufacturing site . Strong IT systems implementation and PMO experience. Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Project ; Planisware required. Agile/MAP Agile experience is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Critical Manufacturing MES platform. Electronic Device History Records (eDHR). ERP integration experience (BPCS or similar). Quality systems and regulatory compliance. Manager Notes Candidates must have both hands-on MES implementation leadership and strong program/project management experience. Local candidates are preferred and must be able to work onsite in Danvers 1-2 days per week.
