Job Description:
About the Role Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills, experience in regulated environments, and a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and risks. The Project Manager will partner closely with business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and business objectives. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver multiple medium-sized projects or workstreams within larger programs Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, legal, compliance, and vendors Facilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committees, and executive reporting Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary Ensure adherence to financial services regulatory, compliance, and governance standards Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services (banking, fintech, insurance, asset management, or payments) Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid) Experience working in regulated or risk-sensitive environments Proficiency with project management tools (e.g.

MS Project, Smartsheet) Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certification) Experience with regulatory, compliance, or technology-driven initiatives Familiarity with financial products, systems, or operational processes Experience managing vendor relationships or third-party dependencies Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders High attention to detail with a proactive, results-driven mindset Collaborative team player with the ability to influence without authority
