About Us KS Global Estates LTD is an innovative vehicle manufacturer launching its U.S. operations in Los Angeles. We specialize in designing and building custom-made luxury vehicles with fully bespoke interiors, combining exceptional craftsmanship with cutting-edge manufacturing techniques. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to help drive the successful execution of company initiatives across operations, marketing, business development, and production. Overview The Project Manager will play a key leadership role within the organization, overseeing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic plans, manage timelines, improve operational processes, and lead teams across various departments. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional with strong leadership skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage company projects from planning through execution and completion. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Production, and Administrative staff. Work directly with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic business initiatives. Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on company goals and project objectives. Manage project risks, identify potential obstacles, and implement effective solutions. Support marketing initiatives, product launches, brand development, and promotional campaigns. Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for senior management. Assist in scaling company operations as the business expands throughout the United States. Establish and maintain project management systems, workflows, and reporting structures. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of project management experience. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience developing and executing business strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Strong analytical and budgeting skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience within automotive, manufacturing, luxury products, transportation, or startup environments. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent. Familiarity with business operations, logistics, and process optimization. Experience working in a rapidly growing company environment.
