$85,000 + 15% Bonus About the Role A global industrial organization specializing in vertical access and elevator solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee industrial installation and refurbishment projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end project execution across industries such as oil & gas, infrastructure, chemical, cement, and power. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple industrial or construction-related projects simultaneously Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables Track project budgets and financial performance Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders Oversee project documentation including plans, reports, contracts, and schedules Interpret technical drawings, plans, and project specifications Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of project management experience in industrial, construction, or technical environments Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and financial tracking Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to manage technical project documentation Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or plans Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial construction or equipment installation projects Experience working with general contractors (GCs) Experience managing subcontractors and vendors Experience with contract management and customer-facing project delivery Experience with risk management and mitigation planning Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments Experience with AutoCAD or 3D modeling tools PMP or similar project management certification Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience Technical or engineering-related degree preferred Why Apply Opportunity for increased project ownership and autonomy Exposure to large-scale industrial projects across diverse industries Clear path to leadership within 4-5 years Flexible work environment with reduced bureaucracy compared to large GCs Equal Opportunity Employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
