Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects align with client specifications, safety standards, and budget parameters. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive project success while fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and tracking tools to ensure timely delivery Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to confirm accuracy and adherence to specifications Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained Facilitate communication across all stakeholders through regular meetings, updates, and documentation of project status Address issues proactively by implementing effective time management strategies and troubleshooting any delays or obstacles Experience Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the heavy civil or commercial sectors Strong background in construction site operations with hands-on experience reading blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with construction estimating processes, contracts administration, and project scheduling techniques Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites is highly desirable Join us to lead innovative projects that shape communities!
