Project Manager Compensation:
$170•190,000 + bonus
Location:
Remote (U.S•based)
Travel:
Yes•site visits, construction monitoring, and company events
Office:
Remote Role and Responsibilities:
Manage DG Solar, and energy storage projects from late-stage development through construction to commercial operation. Lead RFP processes with vendors and contractors. Negotiate EPC contracts. Oversee engineering resources on design optimization and technical problem-solving. Manage construction to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Support financing, project budgeting, and cost estimating. Coordinate with internal teams, investors, utilities, landowners, and community stakeholders. Contribute to process improvement and market intelligence efforts.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in power plant, solar, or real estate development — ideally a mix of project development and financing Strong civil and electrical construction background with hands-on experience managing budgets and schedules Proven ability to negotiate transactions and navigate utility and environmental regulatory environments Self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting Master's degree in energy, real estate, engineering, or business is a plus (IND2020)
