Job Description

Summary We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and facilitate workstream sessions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in project management within manufacturing, industrial operations, or capital deployment programs. Responsibilities Prepare and facilitate all workstream working sessions. Manage action items, decisions, dependencies, and open issues across a cross-functional team. Build and maintain the work plan, milestone tracker, and deliverable status dashboard. Draft deliverable documents and structured outputs for technical review. Prepare and present routine workstream status updates in program-level reviews. Proactively identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies. Maintain visual status (red/green), risks, and countermeasures within the program's operating rhythm. Essential Skills 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or capital deployment programs. Expertise in project management, mechanical engineering, and control systems. Proficiency with PLCs, industrial equipment, system integration, and system integration testing. Experience with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and automated equipment. Knowledge of industrial controls, automation engineering, and commissioning. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in systems integration environments. Familiarity with automation or commissioning workflows. Proficiency in Solidworks and schedule planning. Experience with robotics and robotic systems. Work Environment This position offers a remote working environment with potential travel to Texas or Massachusetts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
