Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to establish realistic timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate all phases of construction projects, including blueprint reading, schematics review, and site logistics planning. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and safety protocols. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining clear communication with clients and subcontractors. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera to track project milestones, update schedules, and document project activities. Facilitate effective project meetings to align team efforts, resolve issues promptly, and keep stakeholders informed of progress. Oversee construction site activities with a focus on quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contracts management. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, time management, and resource allocation to meet deadlines effectively. Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of civil works and safety standards. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.
