is looking for a passionate and communicative Project Management Consultant to join our team and support our engagements in Gainesville, TX . This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) and will require you to work closely with client teams in a manufacturing and engineering environment. Who We Are

Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations, and driving business transformation initiatives. What You'll Do As a Project Management Consultant at MP, you will play a critical role in supporting complex engineering and manufacturing programs.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting and implementing PMO frameworks and best practices within client organizations Managing and coordinating work packages in technical and functional environments Overseeing project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies within manufacturing programs Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery Supporting in-development programs , ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and operations Driving change management initiatives in large and complex environments Assisting with cost tracking and project performance monitoring (cost management experience is a plus) Leveraging project management tools such as Planisware (preferred) Supporting client relationship management and stakeholder communication at all levels Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and proposal development Who You Are You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Engineering Management, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred); a Master's degree is a plus You have 5-8 years of Project Management experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment You bring 1-2 years of experience in work package management , particularly in manufacturing and scheduling environments You have hands-on experience supporting in-development programs/projects You possess a strong understanding of Project and Program Management (PPM) principles and have applied them in real-world environments You have experience driving change management in complex organizations You are highly skilled in project management tools and methodologies (Planisware preferred) Certifications such as CAPM or PMP are highly valued but not required Why You'll Love MP At MP, our people are our pride and joy.
