Project Manager#26-03284 Minneapolis, MN 10% Remote Contract Starts 3/23/2026 Ends 12/31/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a Major Financial Services Firm located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity and will work on a hybrid schedule. Pay range: $51.96 - $54.12 per Hour This role is responsible for driving the implementation of project deliverables from initiation topletion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The Project Manager will manage the budget, scope, schedule, risk, and quality to meet specific success criteria, while ensuring key stakeholders are informed and engaged. This position requires utilizing industry standard project management methodologies and tools to guide projects throughout their lifecycle. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities:

Ensure project deliverables are strategically aligned with business objectives and defined for the team Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks and interdependencies to achieve the scope through a clearly defined project plan/work breakdown structure Identify project resource requirements and work with leadership to ensure adequately skilled resources are available to deliver on projectmitments Hold resources accountable for delivering on the project plan, including providing coaching and mentoring Ad to the approved project methodology for project management and maintain project artifacts and records Identify and track key measures of success for the project Analyze project performance and identify optimal solutions that minimize negative impact and trade-offs Implement corrective actions to ensure project success and facilitate project change requests Consistently provide internal and external stakeholdermunications and progress reports Escalate risks and issues with potential significant impact to the project manager/owner

Requirements:

BA and/or BS in Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in a project management role Self-starting with a track record of managing detailed task plans proactively Excellentmunication skills (written and verbal) with experience effectivelymunicating to project leaders and team members Experience in the financial services industry Solid understanding of Project Management methodology, tools, and techniques, including Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMi) methods Objective decision-making ability, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills Desired skills: Ability to balance approach to political, economic, social, technological, and administrative factors Competency in adapting to changing environments and ambiguous situations Attention to detail and ability to drive results Ability to quickly sift through concepts and drill down into actionable steps Ability to adjust quickly to changing situations and drive results through ambiguous environments or unexpected obstacles Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
