Position Description:
- The Creative Project Manager oversees the coordination and execution of marketing and creative initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution across multiple levels, helping bring marketing strategies to life through creative assets and activations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining consistency across deliverables. This position is located in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution . Manage timelines, resources, deliverables, and communications across multiple creative projects . Oversee project setup, tracking, and delivery within project management systems . Ensure work is completed on schedule and within scope Cross-Functional Collaboration . Partner with marketing and internal teams to align strategy and execution . Serve as a central point of contact to maintain clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles Planning & Workflow Management . Anticipate needs, identify risks early, and help resolve potential issues proactively . Support prioritization and workflow coordination to keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications . 3+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or agency environments . Experience managing campaign execution across multiple workstreams . Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Workfront or similar tools) . Strong organizational and communication skills . Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment . Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement . BS Degree in Marketing or related field Competencies, Years of experience, Proficiency level

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 - $139,300.00.
