On-site Estimated Pay:

Job Summary Integrated Sign Associates is expanding and seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Sign Project Manager to join our growing team! You'll be responsible for taking ownership of multiple signage projects from sale through completion — coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way. This position is ideal for someone experienced in manufacturing project management or construction coordination who enjoys seeing tangible results from their work. Responsibilities Manage 45-50 active projects simultaneously. Take full ownership of assigned projects from sales handoff to installation completion. Obtain necessary client approvals and permits. Coordinate installation crews for site surveys and installations. Work with fabrication departments to maintain quality and meet deadlines. Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure success. Track budgets, monitor project costs, and identify opportunities for savings. Ensure all projects meet ISA's quality, safety, and timeline standards.

Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:

$60,000 per year.

Commissions:

1% of revenue on projects completed at or below estimated cost. 5% of verified cost savings.

Bonuses:

Annual year-end performance bonuses.

Estimated Total Annual Pay:

$85,000-$110,000. Mileage reimbursement for business-related travel. Requirements Strong project management and organizational skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable vehicle and clean driving record (mileage reimbursement provided). College degree preferred. Experience in signage , manufacturing project management , or construction is a plus. Comfortable working with corporate clients, vendors, and internal teams. Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
