This role involves understanding product engineering specifications, working directly with on-site installation teams, and collaborating with international manufacturing personnel to ensure alignment across all project phases and resolve any product issues and questions. The position is responsible for tracking project schedules and logistics to ensure materials are delivered on time and installation activities remain on schedule. This is a coordination-heavy role in a fast-paced environment where requirements may evolve and require adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of product engineering designs to effectively address and resolve technical questions and issues Interpret structural drawings and engineering documentation, and translate technical details into clear, actionable information for cross-functional teams Coordinate communication and work between internal, external and international teams and partners Communicate with Chinese-speaking partners; Chinese language skills are valued but not required Develop, maintain, and adapt detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables based on changing constraints Ensure project execution meets quality, timeline, and performance expectations Provide strong customer service through clear, timely, and professional communication Work primarily remote, with sporadic travel when required Qualifications Proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modeling using CAD software and Revit is highly preferred Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset typical of engineering disciplines Ability to decompose complex or unclear problems into structured, solvable components Comfortable working independently in a mostly remote role Able to handle ambiguity without constant direction Proactive in identifying issues, asking targeted questions, and driving resolution Chinese language skills are valued but not required Previous professional experience in a related field required
