Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant Why is this position open: New Position - Working for the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Project Manager (PM) will be assigned to high priority projects for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS), the Medicaid Agency for SC.
