This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As a key driver of project success, you will utilize your expertise in construction management, scheduling, and technical software to streamline processes and foster collaboration across teams. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to review blueprints, schematics, and contracts for accuracy and feasibility. Monitor construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control protocols, and regulatory requirements. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports. Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement processes, and contract negotiations to optimize project delivery. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment with project specifications. Use construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for daily reporting, drawings review, and communication updates. Facilitate effective time management strategies among team members to meet critical deadlines without compromising quality. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or civil engineering projects with a strong background in project coordination. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, HeavyBid, and other construction management software tools. Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Strong knowledge of contracts management and construction estimating practices. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques under tight deadlines. Construction site experience is highly preferred to ensure practical understanding of field operations.
