• 5:00 PM EST Overview The Project Manager III will provide strategic and operational support to a Capital Strategy and Market Outreach team, focusing on process improvement, reporting, and organizational effectiveness across a portfolio of complex infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level project oversight and performance reporting Support leadership with internal and external communications Apply change management and process improvement methodologies Prepare reports documenting project outcomes, lessons learned, and risks Facilitate cross-functional workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions Design and administer stakeholder and customer feedback surveys Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering 15+ years of experience managing complex, multi-discipline infrastructure projects Experience managing GAEC or similar contracts in the transit industry PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills Work Environment Hybrid work model Occasional onsite support in
