THE WHO:
Our client is one of the largest restoration franchises in the country, operating in the dynamic New Jersey restoration market. For over 50 years, they've been the trusted name that shows up when disaster strikes, helping families and businesses get back on their feet after floods, fires, mold, and emergencies.

MUST HAVES
We need someone with restoration/mitigation experience who understands that great project management is equal parts technical competency, flawless documentation, proactive communication, and commercial awareness. THE WHY:
The restoration industry isn't just stable and recession-proof
  • it's deeply meaningful work.
When a family's basement floods or a restaurant kitchen catches fire, you're the professional who restores not just their property, but their peace of mind. You'll work for a team that genuinely cares about serving their communities with excellence during the most stressful times.

THE HOW:
There are three key strategic initiatives that this person will be initially tasked with:
Documentation & Compliance Mastery:
Establish flawless execution on all documentation requirements including moisture logs, photos, daily notes, equipment logs, and work authorizations. Master TPA/carrier compliance standards to ensure fast approvals and minimal supplements, protecting job profitability and enabling faster collections.
Process Discipline & Cycle Time Optimization:
