Job Description:
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead a large, high-visibility, multi-team initiative over a 3-year timeline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building, shaping, and scaling a new product from the ground up.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (standard business hours)
Location:
Fully remote (US-based candidates)
Pay:
$30-35/hour (W2, paid weekly)
Contract Type:
Contract Duration:
3 months to start, with potential to extend for the full 3-year project Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead daily stakeholder check-ins across multiple teams Keep teams aligned on evolving priorities and new developments Ensure stakeholders have the information needed to execute effectively Drive project momentum and manage ongoing workstreams Update project plans and timelines as needed Create and maintain stakeholder-facing presentations Required Skills & Experience Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership Strong ability to manage up and influence stakeholders Background in marketing and supporting product launches Experience building programs or initiatives from the ground up Proficiency in PowerPoint and comfort working across PM tools (e.g., Asana) General technical proficiency with collaboration tools (Teams, etc.) The salary range for this position is $30-35/hour on W2 Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
