Location:
Dauphin County, PA (Hybrid) Position Overview The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission and Pennsylvania Game Commission are seeking an experienced PMP Certified Project Manager to oversee the PALS System vendor contract and manage all aspects of vendor performance, system operations, enhancements, releases, testing, compliance, and governance activities. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between agency stakeholders and the vendor while ensuring contractual, operational, technical, and compliance obligations are met. Key Responsibilities Manage vendor relationships, contract obligations, renewals, amendments, and performance reviews Monitor SLAs, system uptime, incidents, root cause analyses, and compliance metrics Coordinate system enhancements, change requests, release schedules, and impact assessments Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), load testing, disaster recovery (DR) testing, and production release activities Review SOC reports, DR test results, security documentation, and compliance artifacts Maintain risk logs, operational procedures, governance documentation, and audit support materials Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure effective communication between agency teams and vendors Manage project budgets, change request hours, and vendor deliverables Support accessibility compliance standards (WCAG/Section 508) Required Skills PMP Certification (Required) 10+ years of experience managing IT vendors and complex systems Strong understanding of SLAs, contract management, and IT governance Experience with UAT, load testing, and disaster recovery testing Familiarity with accessibility compliance standards Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
