WHAT WE'RE OFFERING A
full-time project management role at a premium outdoor living firm in Hamilton County. You will own the back half of every project: from signed contract through final walkthrough, keeping trades on schedule, clients informed, and quality standards locked in. You know how construction actually runs. You have seen what happens when coordination breaks down and when it does not. You want a role where your organization and follow-through are what determine the outcome, and where you are recognized for it. Base salary + Bonus Opportunity forL On-time completion, on-budget delivery, client satisfaction PTO
- 15 days per year, accruing from day one Schedule
- Split role — field visits and office coordination Review
- Formal 12-month review with defined path to base increase Your bonus is tied to the outcomes that matter most: projects that finish on time, on budget, and leave clients with something they are proud of.
WHO YOU ARE
You have been around construction long enough to know what good coordination looks like and what it costs when it is missing. You can read a project schedule, spot a sequencing problem before it becomes a delay, and hold a sub accountable without burning the relationship. You are organized by nature, not by effort. You follow up without being asked. You communicate clearly with clients even when the news is not what they hoped for. You are probably in one of these situations right now: You are a strong field lead or foreman ready to step into a coordination and management role without losing your connection to the work You are at a larger GC or production builder where everything moves fast but nothing feels like it is done well, and you want to slow down and do premium work You are at a company with broken systems, unclear handoffs, and no defined process, and you are tired of managing chaos instead of managing projects You have PM experience in a related trade — landscaping, hardscape, custom home building, remodeling — and want to move into outdoor living You do not need to be told what to do twice. You take ownership of your job site and your client relationships and you do not wait for someone else to solve problems you can solve yourself. Three or more years of field or project coordination experience in residential construction is required. Familiarity with permitting, inspection scheduling, and trade sequencing is essential. Experience working with subcontractors and vendor partners is a must. A strong existing sub and supplier network in Central Indiana is a meaningful advantage
WHO WE ARE
We have been designing and building outdoor living spaces in Hamilton County since 1993. Decks, patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features. We work with homeowners making significant investments in their properties, and we deliver at a level that matches that investment. We have 525 reviews at 4.8 stars across Google and Houzz. We are a Trex Pro Installer, Unilock Authorized Contractor, and BBB Accredited. We have won Houzz awards and have been a trusted name in this market for three decades. Your job is to make sure the right trade is on site at the right time, the work matches the design, and the client always knows where their project stands. Our intention is to build something more systematized and more premium. We have invested in process and tooling. You will have defined workflows to operate within, not a blank slate to figure out on your own. This hire matters. A great PM is what turns a well-sold project into a well-built one, and that is how we protect the reputation we have spent 30 years building.
