As our business grows, I'm looking for a true collaborator to help take our operations to the next level. You'll be working directly with me to build and solidify the production engine this business runs on. You hold yourself to high standards. About The Position & What You Do You're a key hire. We're growing, there's a lot ahead, and the PM is core to where we're going next. You won't be a cog — you'll help build this. In this role you are in charge of everything from when a customer signs a contract until the completion of the project including... Recruiting subcontractors to work with us and deliver on our promises to our customers… Creating a win-win relationship with our contractors and a long term partnership that is a 'win' for everyone involved… We are committed to our contractors' success. Supporting clients with all the necessary preparations for their project… Coordinating scheduling with our customers and contractors… Overseeing projects to ensure high quality work is delivered quickly, cleanly, professionally… And as promised. Ensuring "Customers Are Blown Away" (we have a lot of processes and will continue to improve in this category!) Organization of all client information, contractor information, schedules, and job details

Compensation and Benefits Starting Base Salary:
$60,000
  • 70,000 + $10,000 benefits package
Bonuses:
Uncapped Bonus Opportunities Based On Production Amounts
  • Average PMs can make $10,000
  • 20,000 in bonuses with top performers able to make $40,000+ in bonuses
