PROJECT MANAGER

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary:

$120,000

Annual Bonus:

The Role:

You'll own your projects end-to-end — from estimating and award through procurement, field execution, and closeout. No hand-holding. No micromanaging. Full ownership. Manage ~3 projects simultaneously Project size: $3M-$5M average, up to $10M Project duration: 12-18 months average Work alongside 5 experienced superintendents (typically 1-2 per project) Collaborative team of 3 PMs — individually accountable, collectively invested ~50-hour weeks with flexibility on when and how you get it done

Must-Haves:

1-2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction 3+ years on federal, horizontal, industrial, or heavy civil projects Full project lifecycle experience: estimating → award → procurement → field execution → closeout Deep understanding of heavy infrastructure work (dams, waterways, locks, flood control, large mechanical systems) Stable, consistent tenure — longevity in roles is a major factor for us Residential and commercial backgrounds are not a fit for this role. 🏅
