Job Title:
Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager responsible for coordinating and completing projects and programs. The role involves overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. You will be responsible for generating reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs. Responsibilities Coordinate and complete projects and programs. Oversee all aspects of project/program management. Set deadlines and assign responsibilities. Monitor and summarize project/program progress. Provide reports to upper management on project/program status. Support running launch programs to mitigate high-risk schedule deadlines. Manage a portfolio of projects down to the individual project level. Identify risk profiles on projects and implement solutions for future projects. Involve in vendor management, program scheduling, escalation meetings, and managing risk and timeline to ensure installation dates are met. Ensure project timelines are adhered to and responsibilities are delegated effectively. Manage multiple sites simultaneously. Essential Skills 5-7 years of experience in project management or coordination. Proficiency in project management, project engineering, risk management, and project coordination. Experience in setting up deadlines for project timelines and delegating responsibilities. Experience managing multiple sites at once. Bachelor's degree required (technology or non-technology fields). Experience in material handling and industrial engineering. Ability to insist on the highest standards and earn trust. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with large-scale projects within construction or manufacturing launches is helpful. Quick learner with the ability to identify gaps in standards. Experience with managing interpersonal conflicts and holding vendors accountable. Exposure to the newest AI systems. Work Environment This role is classified at senior level and requires 25% travel, primarily within North America. Work hours align with North American time zones. The role involves setting up programs, organizing the scope of handoffs, tracking order statuses and logistics, notifying vendors throughout the process, and ensuring no unauthorized change requests occur. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
