This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical and/or plumbing background who enjoys managing projects, staying involved technically, and working closely with clients and internal design teams. The firm has seen a strong increase in concept work recently, so this person would eventually have the opportunity to step into more of a concept manager role once settled in.

Responsibilities:

Manage MEP projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate closely with internal mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design teams Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders Review drawings, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables Support concept design efforts and help guide projects through early-stage planning Keep projects moving by managing communication, deadlines, and overall project flow Travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and project coordination What they're looking for: 5-10 years of experience in MEP engineering Strong mechanical and/or plumbing background Project management experience within an engineering or design environment Revit experience Willingness to travel, averaging around 1 day per week Someone who can eventually grow into a concept manager role Benefits / perks: 100% employee benefits coverage Strong and steady project pipeline Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership/concept management role Hybrid flexibility Competitive salary This is a strong fit for someone who wants a long-term home with a reputable MEP firm and the ability to take real ownership of projects as the team continues to expand.
